Last Thursday, we were proud to be presented the H. Arthur McLane Award from Leadership Lowndes.
The McLane Award, named after prominent community leader and Lowndes County Superior Court Judge H. Arthur “Mac” McLane, identifies businesses who demonstrate exceptional support of the Leadership Lowndes organization and its mission. The recipient is selected by the Leadership Lowndes Board of Trustees and is announced at the class graduation in November each year.
Throughout the year, Nexxtep helped Leadership Lowndes through sponsorships, assistance in building a new website, and help with selecting a new invoicing system that helped increase dues receivables by almost 40% over last year.
Anne Shenton, Marketing Director, said, "I am so proud to see Nexxtep get this recognition. I think Leadership Lowndes is the finest leadership organization in the state, but as a non-profit, resources are often limited. I am thrilled that our company was able to find ways to help them cut costs, increase donations and operate more efficiently."
